Time Utilization Study
The Time
Utilization Study (TUS) is an observational study (2 or 3 weeks) which measures how
space in an office is used over time. It examines both the work activities
carried out and the occupancy of the various spaces. It allows a comparison
to be made of the intensity and nature of space utilization across different
kinds of spaces* by different teams or different
job functions.
*e.g. open plan meeting tables versus enclosed meeting rooms, offices with
only one desk or open plan office. |

Portfolio
Analysis
This
analysis can be performed to gather insight in the parameters* of your real
estate portfolio, to collect information for financial and functional planning or
to start monitoring and optimizing the use of your office(s).
*use of office space per work station or per person, occupancy and costs of work
stations, facilities, comparison of quality levels et cetera.

Workshop

proper guidance and communication.
Workshops can be used for example to make an inventory of opinions, familiarize employees
with new processes or discuss and define a strategic brief.
