Workplace Analysis
This analysis will result in facts about the use of the office (activities, occupancy and efficiency), information on employee satisfaction and possibilities for optimization.

Potential tools to be used for the analysis: interviews, surveys, time utilization studies, observations and desk research.

Time Utilization Study
The Time Utilization Study (TUS) is an observational study (2 or 3 weeks) which measures how space in an office is used over time. It examines both the work activities carried out and the occupancy of the various spaces. It allows a comparison to be made of the intensity and nature of space utilization across different kinds of spaces*  by different teams or different job functions.
*e.g. open plan meeting tables versus enclosed meeting rooms, offices with only one desk or open plan office.
Portfolio Analysis
This analysis can be performed to gather insight in the parameters* of your real estate portfolio, to collect information for financial and functional planning or to start monitoring and optimizing the use of your office(s).
*use of office space per work station or per person, occupancy and costs of work stations, facilities, comparison of quality levels et cetera.

Workshop with effect
Every change with regards to e.g. work methods, processes, workplace concept, needs proper guidance and communication.  Workshops can be used for example to make an inventory of opinions, familiarize employees with new processes or discuss and define a strategic brief.

Interim Effect
Add (temporarily) knowledge, experience or extra personnel to your team.
